Mr. Wald is a shareholder and of counsel to the firm. Mr. Wald's expertise includes local government law, insurance defense, municipal bonds and tax-exempt financing. Mr. Wald served as State Commissioner, 1974-1992, of the South Carolina Consumer Affairs Commission, and as Chairman, 1981-1988. He served as a Captain on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, 1957-1960. |
