Mr. Spencer is a shareholder in the firm and has practiced law at the firm for over fifty years. He is now of counsel to the firm. His expertise includes commercial and residential real estate, local government law, rights-of-way acquisitions, condemnations, commercial and corporate law.
Mr. Spencer has lived in Rock Hill all his life and is active in many civic organizations. He is a member of India Hook United Methodist Church, the Shriners, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Spencer served as a Sergeant on active duty in the U.S. Army from 1946-1948. |
